We exist to empower women in leadership to be healthy leaders. Our heart is to be a source of connection and prayer support for women who are in leadership and who are growing into leadership, to help them feel blessed loved and zealously encouraged.

VISION:

Our vision is to multiply healthy women in leadership both by quality and quantity. We believe that quality leaders stay healthy when they have connection with other leaders around them for support, encouragement, and accountability. We also believe that healthy leaders will be great examples for other aspiring leaders and will reach down to pull aspiring leaders up.
