As the BLAZE Leadership Team, our heart for this retreat is to see women in leadership and women who are growing into leadership have a fresh encounter with God. We are praying for the women who come to be refreshed and rejuvenated in His presence so they may return to their areas with renewed hope, vision, and passion to continue to lead well and grow their respective areas of ministry and/or business.
We are also praying for the women to be equipped to continue encountering God in their daily lives so that this is not just a one time event, but something they can experience daily to help them stay encouraged and prayed up to lead well all of the time.
